Jemini's journey into the world of Mehndi began with a childhood fascination that evolved into a lifelong passion. Her roots in mehndi art run deep - she was introduced to Mehndi at a young age, where her mum would frequently apply mehndi on herself and her sisters during cultural festivals. It was in these moments of “doodling with a mehndi cone” that Mehndi transformed into an therapeutic escape, leaving an permanent mark on Jemini's artistic soul.

Her passion for art flourished and manifested in exceptional talent, evident in her remarkable high score in Art during secondary school. Shortly after, at the age of 15, she completed her first bridal client and set the stage for a career that would touch the lives of 100+ brides. Her dedication led to a three-year job at Selfridges as a mehndi artist, where she immersed herself in the world of beauty and luxury - all whilst completing her Physics Degree.

With a global footprint, Jemini now works with destination wedding brides around the world, regularly jetting off to Europe to create personalised stories with Mehndi. She is committed to ensure that each stroke reflects the unique identity of her clients and transforms "the mehndi lady" service to into a creative experience that is cherished forever.

PS. Jemini has established her brand whilst driving global transformation in corporate world. She is a Senior Service Designer, and has worked in the design and innovation team for renowned multinational brands such as IBM, British Telecom and Sainsbury’s.
